Get help without a long email
- Say what you need. Choosing a book, finding a file, requesting a refund, or reporting a mistake.
- Add the useful details. For book advice, tell us your child's class and what the teacher is correcting. For a missing file, include the book name and the email address you used.
- Look out for our reply. Check spam too if you have not heard back.
A line such as "My child is in Class 1 and small letters go above the middle line" gives us a useful place to start.
Choosing or ordering a book?
The A to Z capitals and small letters pair is Rs 149, with four-line Indian ruling for practice alongside the school notebook.
To buy, use the order form and press Pay now, which opens PayU for UPI, cards or netbanking. The paid PDF is emailed as soon as you pay.

We can suggest a letter group or practice routine. We cannot assess a handwriting photo and promise a result.
Before you write
How long does a reply take?
Usually a working day or two. Weekends and Indian public holidays may take longer. Check your spam folder, and write again if a week passes without a reply.
Is there a phone number?
Not at the moment. Please email us so there is a written record of your question and our reply.
Can I order a book by email instead of the form?
Please place your order through /order/, where Pay now opens PayU. If you are unsure which book to choose, email us before ordering and we will answer first.
Can I pay by card, and will a printed book come to me?
You can pay by card, and also by UPI or netbanking, on PayU's own page. No printed book is posted. Every book is a PDF emailed to you as soon as you pay.
My free pack has not arrived. What should I do?
After submitting the free pack form, allow about a minute and check your spam folder. If it is still missing, email us from the address you used on the form.
Can a school or tuition centre buy in bulk?
Yes. Email the classes and number of children. Whole-class printing needs a different licence from family use, and we will send a quote.
