What is inside?

- Four-line ruling. The same lines as the school notebook, so six and wicket sit where a single letter did.

- Certificate. A name line, a date and a parent or teacher line on the last page.

One word. Five steps.
- 1 Look The word on the four lines, in a joined school hand. They know it from TV.
- 2 Copy Four models of the word, each with room beside it to write it again.
- 3 Write Three empty four-line rows, no model this time.
- 4 Sentence One line from the match, like "The bowler ran toward the wicket."
- 5 Tick Three boxes: stayed on the lines, wrote carefully, finished today.

What are cricket handwriting worksheets?
Cricket handwriting worksheets are cursive practice sheets that use words from the game, bat, ball, run, wicket, India, instead of a plain word list. Each sheet shows the word four times on Indian four-line ruling with room to copy it, then empty rows to write it alone. The words change; the handwriting method does not.
Extra practice, not the alphabet

Which words are in it?
Sixteen cricket words, one per sheet: bat, ball, run, over, wicket, stump, India, team, catch, score, six, four, bowler, umpire, pitch and toss. Each sheet also has a one-line cricket sentence to write once, carefully.
What age or class is this for?
UKG to Class 3, about 4 to 9 years old, once the child writes single cursive letters on four lines. It suits the Class 1 or 2 child who is bored of letter drills and needs a reason to sit. Pick the sheets that match the hand in front of you.
My five-year-old cannot form letters yet. Will this help?
Not on its own. Start with letters. The A to Z pair gives every capital and every small letter its own sheet. Add cricket when the letters sit, as the reward for getting there.
Is this a physical book?
No. It is an A4 PDF, emailed after payment. Print it at home or at a xerox shop for about Rs 20 to Rs 30. Nothing is shipped and there is no courier charge.
What pages are included?
19 pages: a cover, a how-to page, 16 word sheets and a certificate. Each word sheet shows the word four times with room to copy it, then three empty rows, a one-line cricket sentence and three boxes to tick. There is no row of light letters to trace.
When does the file arrive?

Can I print it again?
Yes, for your own household, as often as you like. The file does not expire. A younger sibling can use the same file. A tuition batch or a school class needs a separate licence, quoted on request.
