Privacy policy
Short version. Two forms on this site ask for an email address, and that address is used to send you a file and the occasional note. Google Tag Manager measures page visits. Payment happens on PayU, so no card details are ever collected on this site.

What the forms collect
Two pages have a form. The free pack page asks for an email address and, if you want to give it, your child's class. The order form asks for your name, email, class, which book, and two optional boxes for your child's first name and what the teacher keeps correcting.
Both forms post to one endpoint on this domain and land in one mailbox. The address is used to send the file, to answer you, and to send a short note when a book is finished or a price changes. Every message carries an unsubscribe link. The address is not sold, rented or passed to anybody else, and unsubscribing does not take back a file you already have.

Measurement
The site loads Google Tag Manager, container GTM-KH4GMH3T, which is the only script on any page. It measures which pages are visited and may set cookies to do so. Nothing else is measured, there are no advertising pixels, and no other third party script runs here.
Fonts load from Google Fonts. The stylesheet is served from this domain.
What the host records
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs, which normally include your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and your browser's user agent string. Those logs exist for security and for keeping the site up. We do not build profiles from them and we do not sell them.
Payments
Payment runs on PayU, on this site's own merchant account, DigiNhance DBA CursiveWriting. There is no card field on any page of this site. When you press Pay now, we hand PayU your name, your email address, the amount and an order reference, and PayU's own page collects the payment. PayU is a payment processor in its own right and handles that data under its own policy.
Card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs and bank logins are typed on PayU and never reach this site. We never see them and we cannot store them. What comes back to us is the payment status, the amount and PayU's transaction reference, which is what we use to match your order and to process a refund.
If PayU checkout does not open, nothing is charged, and a person emails you a UPI request for the same total instead. In that case we see the amount and the UPI reference and nothing more.
Children
The books are for children, but the site is written for the adult buying them. The order form has an optional box for a child's first name, used only to put that name on a certificate page. Do not send us your child's school details, photographs, or class records.
Changes
If we add another script, another form, or a checkout, this page changes on the same day, with the date at the top updated. Questions go to hello@cursivewritingatoz.com.
